Conference to commend typical and advanced examples in the period 2020 - 2025

On the morning of June 19, the Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union held a conference to commend advanced models for the period 2020 - 2025. The conference is an opportunity to recognize and spread the efforts and outstanding achievements of women's groups and individuals in the union's work and patriotic emulation movements.

Over the past 5 years, the provincial women's unions at all levels have effectively implemented many movements, typically "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", "Building Vietnamese women of the new era" associated with studying and following Uncle Ho. In particular, implementing the movement to support women in starting a business, the unions at all levels have established 5 new cooperatives, organized training, vocational training, and supported jobs for more than 3,500 members, helping thousands of women increase their income and stabilize their lives; helping nearly 900 members escape poverty.

The Provincial Women's Union has organized 9 conferences to commend typical and advanced models. As a result, the whole province has more than 1,300 typical collectives and individuals who have been commended, rewarded and recommended for commendation by all levels of the union.

At the conference, delegates shared experiences in organizing effective movements and association activities.

On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union commended and awarded 25 outstanding collectives and 55 individuals. This is an important source of encouragement for Lao Cai women to continue promoting their role and making positive contributions in all areas of social life.
