Promoting the tradition of a civilized and revolutionary homeland, over the past time, the youth in the province have constantly made efforts, been creative, and actively responded to patriotic emulation movements, meaningful and practical projects and tasks.
The emulation movements of the youth force not only spread strongly through volunteer activities for the community, environmental protection, and new rural construction, but were also affirmed by many practical works and tasks, contributing to promoting the pioneering and shock role of youth in all fields. Thanks to that, in the period of 2020 - 2025, many advanced models have appeared in the province in studying, working, and working, such as: The Provincial Police Youth Union with the model "Application of Google Earth and basic investigation of the field of Camera in the fight against crime in Hung Yen province" and the model "Application of virtual reality technology (AR) in criminal technical work"; the Robocon team of Hung Yen University of Technical Education; the "Got-a-farm" model of growing medicinal plants by members of Bac Thuy Anh commune; the model of raising super-egg Egyptian chickens by members of Thuong Hong ward; High-tech shrimp farming model of Thai Ninh commune youth... Although studying and working in many different fields, the union members and youth are always ready to devote their youth and promote their enthusiasm to build a rich and civilized homeland, while at the same time, living beautifully and usefully for the community through exciting activities, leaving a clear mark.
From the emulation movements, exemplary youth examples have emerged, typically Mr. Pham Manh Cuong, Secretary of the Dong Chieu Village Youth Union, Pho Hien Ward, is one of the union members and youths who received a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movements "Youth volunteers for socio-economic development", "Establishing a career" in 2023. Mr. Cuong is not only active in the Union's work but also a typical example in economic development. In July 2022, Mr. Cuong and 7 members established the Manh Cuong Clean Vegetable and Service Agricultural Cooperative (HTX) focusing on producing organic vegetables, providing high nutrition such as: kale, rainbow chard, tomato clusters, red radish...
He also learned digital communication skills, promoted products on social networks and e-commerce platforms, helping products get closer to customers and build trust in organic production. In 2023, Mr. Cuong's startup project reached the semi-finals of the "Rural Youth Startup Project" contest organized by the Rural Youth Committee - Central Youth Union. Mr. Cuong shared: The exciting emulation activities of the Youth Union at all levels have given me the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, creative thinking combined with specific actions. I hope that each clean product from the cooperative not only brings economic value but also contributes to affirming the pioneering role of the young generation in patriotic emulation movements, creating motivation for many young people to boldly start a business in their own homeland.
With the results achieved from the youth models and projects, it has created an important premise for Hung Yen youth to continue promoting a positive and creative spirit in the new period, especially in the field of digital transformation. Responding to the "Digital Education for All" movement launched by the Central Youth Union, Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union has widely deployed many practical activities to raise awareness and digital skills for union members, youth and people in the province. Up to now, 100% of villages and residential areas in the province have established youth teams to spearhead digital transformation, with a total of more than 20,000 union members participating. Union members and youth directly support people in accessing and using online public services and electronic payments, helping people confidently keep up with the flow of technology, contributing to promoting the comprehensive digital transformation process, building digital government, digital economy and digital society in the locality. As soon as the movement was launched, Binh Dinh Commune Youth Union established 5 youth teams to pioneer digital transformation, each team has 7 youth union members, taking turns going to the commune's Public Administration Service Center to support people in performing online public services. According to comrade Bui Thi Hoa, Secretary of Binh Dinh Commune Youth Union: The youth teams were established with the goal of helping people, especially the elderly and those who are not familiar with operating on electronic devices, to access online public services more conveniently. Thereby, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform in the locality, at the same time, promoting the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of union members and youth in the digital transformation process.
Comrade Thieu Minh Quynh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union, said: In the coming time, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will continue to launch extensive emulation movements, associated with the strict implementation of the Party and State's guidelines and policies. The emulation movements focus on registering and undertaking youth projects and tasks associated with the local socio-economic development, contributing to promoting the spirit of vanguard, creativity and responsibility of the youth in the cause of building an increasingly rich and civilized homeland.
