He also learned digital communication skills, promoted products on social networks and e-commerce platforms, helping products get closer to customers and build trust in organic production. In 2023, Mr. Cuong's startup project reached the semi-finals of the "Rural Youth Startup Project" contest organized by the Rural Youth Committee - Central Youth Union. Mr. Cuong shared: The exciting emulation activities of the Youth Union at all levels have given me the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, creative thinking combined with specific actions. I hope that each clean product from the cooperative not only brings economic value but also contributes to affirming the pioneering role of the young generation in patriotic emulation movements, creating motivation for many young people to boldly start a business in their own homeland.

With the results achieved from the youth models and projects, it has created an important premise for Hung Yen youth to continue promoting a positive and creative spirit in the new period, especially in the field of digital transformation. Responding to the "Digital Education for All" movement launched by the Central Youth Union, Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union has widely deployed many practical activities to raise awareness and digital skills for union members, youth and people in the province. Up to now, 100% of villages and residential areas in the province have established youth teams to spearhead digital transformation, with a total of more than 20,000 union members participating. Union members and youth directly support people in accessing and using online public services and electronic payments, helping people confidently keep up with the flow of technology, contributing to promoting the comprehensive digital transformation process, building digital government, digital economy and digital society in the locality. As soon as the movement was launched, Binh Dinh Commune Youth Union established 5 youth teams to pioneer digital transformation, each team has 7 youth union members, taking turns going to the commune's Public Administration Service Center to support people in performing online public services. According to comrade Bui Thi Hoa, Secretary of Binh Dinh Commune Youth Union: The youth teams were established with the goal of helping people, especially the elderly and those who are not familiar with operating on electronic devices, to access online public services more conveniently.
