Speaking at the festival, Vice President of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, Director of the Center for Supporting and Developing Vietnamese Children Le Anh Quan said that after more than 4 years of implementation, the program "Vietnamese Children - Study well, practice hard" has become a lasting journey, accompanying children on the path of learning and growing up. From enthusiastic study hours, books that open up dreams to activities to improve health, protect the environment or share love - all have contributed to nurturing in children the spirit of effort, kindness and responsible living.
The program “Vietnamese Children - Study well, practice hard” is an environment for children to discover themselves, practice skills, enrich their knowledge and nurture beautiful dreams. Every activity and experience that children participate in is an opportunity for them to become more confident, more courageous and worthy of the love, care and expectations of teachers, parents and the whole society.
Mr. Le Anh Quan hopes that teachers and parents will continue to pay special attention to the work of protecting, caring for, and educating teenagers and children; creating the most favorable conditions for them to play, study, experience, practice, do many good deeds, contributing to the formation of good personality values in the future.

At the festival, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children and the Kun milk brand - LOF International Dairy Joint Stock Company presented 50 scholarships (VND 1,000,000/scholarship) to disadvantaged children in the province. More than 2,000 children participating in the program received gifts; interacted with famous artists and athletes, and received positive inspiration; organized group performances, fun experiences, etc.
