On December 5, the “Employer Of Choice 2024” Award Ceremony took place in Ho Chi Minh City. THACO representative, Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Nga - Deputy Director of Human Resources Department attended the ceremony.

The “Employer Of Choice” award is an annual event organized by CareerViet in collaboration with Amco Vietnam Market Research Company since 2013, to honor the most favorite businesses of the year, while providing in-depth assessments of labor market trends.
This year, the program honored employers based on 5 categories: Most impressive application experience; Most favorite internal employees; Most favorite candidates in the industry; Most favorite employers by industry and Most favorite employers in 2024. The program attracted more than 84,200 individuals and 5,720 businesses to participate.
At the ceremony, THACO won 3 awards for the Large Enterprise Sector, including: “Top 15 Favorite Employers”, “Top 2 Most Favorite Employers in the Manufacturing Industry” and “Top 3 Most Favorite Employers by Candidates in the Industry”. The awards are a testament to THACO’s continuous efforts in building a disciplined, cultural, and humane working environment to attract and retain talent.
According to the 2024 plan, THACO will recruit nearly 15,000 new employees, focusing on the following areas: Agriculture ; Mechanical - Supporting Industry; Trade - Services. To meet the large number of employees, THACO focuses on implementing a public and transparent salary and bonus policy along with attractive and competitive welfare policies and regimes. At the same time, promoting brand development and internal training. Up to now, THACO has recruited nearly 25,000 high-quality employees across the system.
