Traditional martial arts schools in Thai Nguyen are developing strongly.

A noteworthy feature is that provincial leaders and sports leaders have directed the development of Thai Nguyen Traditional Martial Arts but must create a unique feature. That is the combination of martial arts tradition and local cultural characteristics. The development of martial arts with mountainous colors, inspired by the history and nature of Thai Nguyen, will enrich the country's martial arts heritage.

The province also actively organizes martial arts classes, builds a professional training system and creates conditions for martial artists to participate in many tournaments. This is a way to not only keep the fire burning but also spread the value of traditional martial arts to the younger generation, helping them better understand the national tradition.

Organize the collection of documents, launch competitions and synthesize written documents on the history of the formation and development of Vietnamese traditional martial arts in Thai Nguyen throughout history; establish and maintain the activities of Traditional Martial Arts Clubs at educational and training facilities in the province; organize Traditional Martial Arts competitions at all-level HKPĐ and annual sports festivals.

Establish and operate the official communication channels of the Thai Nguyen Traditional Martial Arts Federation including: Electronic news site, social networking site on popular social networking platforms. Develop weekly propaganda work on the quintessence of Vietnamese traditional martial arts on Thai Nguyen Provincial Radio and Television.

Organizing events includes: events, championships, sending delegations to attend events, championships, national and international traditional martial arts festivals; performing traditional martial arts on holidays, important political and social events of the province, spring and autumn festivals.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs, the Provincial Martial Arts Federation and relevant agencies to advise and implement a plan to improve the Provincial Martial Arts Federation, professional committees, referee committees, sponsorship mobilization committees, and communications committees with the aim of improving professionalism in organizing and developing the traditional martial arts movement in the province.

The province will sign cooperation agreements on traditional martial arts with partners, aiming to create strong support in developing the traditional martial arts movement in Thai Nguyen.

The synchronous implementation of these plans and solutions not only contributes to preserving and promoting the value of traditional martial arts but also creates a driving force to promote the development of sports, culture and tourism in the province.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province: Traditional martial arts is not only a martial art but also the soul of Vietnamese culture. In Thai Nguyen, the most important task is to preserve the martial arts forms, techniques and spirit, avoiding the risk of fading away. To do this, martial arts masters, coaches of traditional martial arts and enthusiasts need to coordinate with the authorities to build programs to preserve the martial arts heritage.
