Take courses through the “Digital Popular Education” platform

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document on participating in courses through the "Digital Popular Education" platform to train regulations, processes, administrative procedures, and software equipment serving the implementation of 2-level local government.

Accordingly, in order to equip digital knowledge, raise digital awareness for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and all classes of people on the skills of using technology, digital transformation in all areas of social life, the Provincial People's Committee requests agencies and units to propagate and disseminate to all cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people to participate in courses on the "Digital Popular Education" platform at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn. Users access and log in with their personal VNeID accounts to participate in courses.

The Provincial Public Administration Service Center coordinates with relevant agencies and units to research and develop documents, lectures, and videos on regulations and administrative procedures to put on the "Digital Popular Education" platform to serve the training and coaching of officials and people in the province.
