Perspective of social housing project in Ha Tu ward.
The investment project to build social housing on the 20% land fund of the resort project combining commercial services and housing in Ha Tu ward was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in principle, and at the same time assigned to the investor in Decision 3696/QD-UBND dated October 2, 2025. The project is invested by Hai Phat Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. The project invests in the construction of 4 apartment buildings, including 3 social housing buildings with 1,116 apartments, 1 commercial building with 268 apartments and 16 commercial houses combined for sale, rent, and lease-purchase with a population of over 2,700 people. The total investment capital of the project is about over 1,700 billion VND. Currently, the investor is speeding up the completion of procedures to ensure construction starts in December 2025.
At the consultation session, officials, party members and people in the province agreed, agreed and supported the master plan of the 1/500 scale of the social housing construction investment project on the 20% land fund of the resort project combining trade, services and housing in Ha Tu ward. At the same time, they expressed their joy and hope that when the project comes into use, it will meet the housing needs of workers, laborers and low-income people in the province, contributing to creating a new face for the locality and promoting the local socio-economy .
