In order to overcome the situation of low disbursement of public investment capital, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi assigned 6 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee to be heads of working groups to directly inspect and urge the progress of implementing the 2025 capital plan.

Each working group is headed by a Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, responsible for urging, directing, and removing difficulties in implementing public investment projects.

The research teams are working on breakthrough solutions to remove obstacles in site clearance, shorten acceptance and payment time, and speed up project disbursement progress.

During the inspection process, the working groups will discipline departments, branches, localities, investors and contractors, and require strict implementation of the directions of the Central Government and the Provincial People's Committee.

Six working groups directed investors to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of project management and implementation, and strictly handle violations of the law on public investment.

After each inspection, the working groups are responsible for reporting the results to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Finance; at the same time, proposing that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee handle the responsibilities of the heads of departments, branches, localities, and investors who cause delays in progress, low disbursement, or affect the quality of the project.

Group 3, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep as group leader, monitors traffic projects in Lam Dong (old) area.

Group 4, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh as group leader, monitors science and education, culture and society projects in the old Binh Thuan area.

Group 5, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc as group leader, monitors agricultural and environmental projects in Lam Dong (old) area.

Group 6, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan as group leader, monitors health and social projects in the old Lam Dong area.
