A group of people from Bao Lam 1 commune invited each other to La Da commune to use electric shock to steal dogs at night, but were caught red-handed by the police force in coordination with the people.

Police force organized forces to arrest the subjects

On October 15, La Da Commune Police said that the unit is coordinating with police in related localities to expand the investigation and arrest the remaining subjects for handling according to the provisions of the law.

Previously, in the early morning of October 13, while patrolling to ensure security and order in the area, the police force of La Da commune, Lam Dong province discovered a group of people driving motorbikes using electric shock to steal people's dogs.

Evidence of the case

The police force quickly coordinated with the local security force and the people to block off, close the circle of ambush and arrest the subjects. Upon discovering the police force, the subjects threw away the related evidence and the 2 dogs they had just stolen and ran into the forest to hide.

La Da commune police quickly coordinated with police from neighboring communes such as Dong Kho, Dong Giang and Ham Thuan Bac to deploy professional measures to investigate and arrest the subjects.

Afterwards, two subjects including Doan Chi Cong (31 years old) and Nguyen Minh Vu (31 years old, both residing in Bao Lam 1 commune, Lam Dong province) were ambushed, controlled and arrested by the police force.

The police seized evidence including: 1 car, 2 motorbikes, 2 dogs and 2 electric shock devices, along with some other related evidence.

Working with the police, Cong and Vu confessed that there were 3 other people involved in the dog theft. The subjects confessed that they had carried out many dog ​​thefts in many localities in Lam Dong province.
