On the afternoon of December 1, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command organized a launching ceremony for the emulation campaign with the theme "Accelerating and breaking through to successfully complete goals and tasks" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026) and the 14th National Party Congress.

Attending the launching ceremony of the emulation campaign were Colonel Do Quang Tham, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and Political Commissar of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command; comrades in the Command, leaders of agencies, units and officers and soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard. The emulation campaign takes place from November 20, 2025 to January 30, 2026.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Colonel Do Quang Tham launched the emulation campaign with key contents: Strengthening propaganda and education work, highlighting the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Party Congresses; the significance of the 14th National Congress of the Party; organizing well the study and dissemination to raise awareness, responsibility, unity of will and action, and high determination in implementing the Resolution of the 12th Army Party Congress; Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels in the Army for the 2025-2030 term; the content of "2 steadfastness, 2 promotion and 2 prevention" directed by General Secretary To Lam at the 12th Army Party Congress.

Proactively develop and supplement combat readiness plans and strategies, regularly practice combat plans and be highly combat ready; promptly advise and effectively handle situations, avoid being passive or surprised, firmly protect territorial sovereignty and national border security, maintain political security and social order and safety.

Actively participate in search and rescue, overcoming natural disasters and epidemics, and fighting against crimes; promote defense and border diplomacy activities to ensure practicality and effectiveness.

Regularly do a good job of educating officers and soldiers to raise awareness, responsibility, and self-consciousness in complying with State laws, military discipline, and unit regulations; promote the cultural values of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period; improve the quality of building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary and typical" associated with building a typical "clean and strong" Party committee and organization; promote activities to repay gratitude, take care of the Army's rear; deploy meaningful projects and tasks to welcome the 14th National Party Congress...
