Joining the delegation were representatives of leaders of departments, units, project investors and related localities (Binh Thuan ward, Mui Ne ward, Ham Thuan commune)...
Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh inspected the actual progress of the projects: Residential area south of Le Duan Street; Upgrading Thu Khoa Huan Street (section from Ton Duc Thang Street to Cau Ke); Repairing and upgrading Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street and Huynh Thuc Khang Street (section from Hoang Ngoc Tourist Area to Lang Chai intersection); Road from Ham Thuan Bac District center to National Highway 1A (in Ham Thuan Bac District, former Binh Thuan Province).

According to the investor's report, the project of the Southern Residential Area of Le Duan Street has a planned capital of more than 109 billion VND in 2025, but has not yet started construction due to problems in compensation and site clearance. The investor recommends that relevant departments, branches and localities coordinate to speed up the determination of legal origin of land, promptly advise on approval of land prices for internal roads, as well as selling prices, rental prices, and lease-purchase prices of apartments to serve resettlement arrangements.

Meanwhile, the Thu Khoa Huan Street Upgrade Project (section from Ton Duc Thang Street to Cau Ke) has a total construction investment of more than 88 billion VND, started in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in March 2026. This year's capital plan alone is 60.5 billion VND, and the project is currently being accelerated to ensure completion on schedule.

The project to repair and upgrade Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street and Huynh Thuc Khang Street (from Hoang Ngoc Tourist Area to Lang Chai Intersection) has a planned capital of nearly 142 billion VND in 2025. Currently, the site clearance work has not been completed, while the handed-over locations are not continuous, causing difficulties for construction. The investor plans to disburse about 95 billion VND by the end of the year and may not be able to disburse all the capital due to the reduced bid value of 24 billion VND, along with the unused reserve of about 6 billion VND.
The project of the road from the center of Ham Thuan Bac district to National Highway 1A has a planned capital of 77.2 billion VND in 2025, and by the end of September, the disbursement reached 48.89%. Currently, the project is facing difficulties in compensation, site clearance, lack of earth materials for embankment and heavy rain, affecting the construction progress.

During the remaining time of 2025, the investor will urge the contractor to concentrate human resources and equipment, speed up the construction progress and commit to disbursing 100% of the capital plan. The construction units of the Road project from the center of Ham Thuan Bac district to National Highway 1A also strive to complete the project by mid-2026, 5 months earlier than the signed contract.

Through on-site inspection and listening to reports, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh requested relevant units to continue to coordinate to remove difficulties and speed up the disbursement progress of each project. At the same time, he requested units to focus on handling problems in compensation and site clearance; strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to agree with the implementation policy. These are important projects, contributing to improving the urban appearance and promoting local socio-economic development.
Regarding the Thu Khoa Huan Road Upgrade Project (section from Ton Duc Thang Street to Cau Ke), the provincial leaders requested the investor to step up the urging and encouragement of the construction unit to mobilize maximum resources and speed up the progress in the coming months. Strive to complete the project before the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, facilitating traffic and serving the travel needs of the people.
