Also at the conference, delegates reviewed the content of adjusting the civil servant payroll and the number of employees in public service units that have not yet self-financed regular expenditures in 2025, according to Resolution No. 40/NQ-HDND.

The review, rearrangement of administrative units, organization of the apparatus and adjustment of the payroll this time is a concrete step, aiming to streamline the apparatus in the spirit of the Central Resolution, in accordance with the practical conditions of Ca Mau province and the regional development orientation. The resolutions submitted to the upcoming 19th session of the Provincial People's Council will create a solid legal basis for a more effective organization of the apparatus, more effective State management, contributing to serving the people better and better.
