The interdisciplinary legal support program for businesses is one of the mechanisms that the business community is most interested in, because it is a "bridge" that helps businesses access legal information in a systematic and synchronous manner, reducing risks and improving compliance during operations.
At the workshop, delegates focused on giving comments on the draft Decision of the Prime Minister approving the Program for the period 2026-2031, including goals, support focus, task groups, solutions, inter-sectoral coordination mechanism and implementation resources.
In addition to analyzing new regulations, the workshop also recorded opinions from experts, businesses and social organizations to propose practical tasks, especially in the context that small and medium-sized enterprises and business households are facing many new legal compliance requirements in areas such as tax - electronic invoices, labor, environment, digital transformation and personal data protection.
According to Ms. Ngo Quynh Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Dissemination, Education and Legal Aid (Ministry of Justice), building an inter-sectoral legal aid program requires close coordination between ministries, branches, local judicial agencies as well as business associations.
Comments at the workshop will be an important basis for completing the draft Decision before submitting it to the Prime Minister for consideration and promulgation.
