On May 30th, Dinh Hung commune held a ceremony to launch its Public Service Agency Model. Attendees included leaders from the Department of Internal Affairs; the Department of Culture, Science and Information; leaders, officials, civil servants, heads of mass organizations, members of the commune's Digital Transformation Steering Committee; members of the community digital transformation teams; and representatives from villages and the commune's Post Office - Cultural Center.

The establishment of the Public Service Agency model in Dinh Hung commune will contribute to promoting digital transformation, aiming towards building a digital government, and increasing the rate of administrative procedures processed online. At the same time, it will reduce the burden on state administrative agencies and save social resources…
