Establishment of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Cao Lanh City Party Committee

DTO - On the afternoon of February 6, the Standing Committee of the Cao Lanh City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee. Comrades Tran Van Tam - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Cao Lanh City Party Committee; Le Ngoc Truyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council; Vo Phan Thanh Minh - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Cao Lanh City People's Committee chaired.

Comrade Tran Van Tam - Secretary of Cao Lanh City Party Committee, Comrade Le Ngoc Truyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luan Ly - Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and Nguyen Huu Hung - Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

The Executive Committee of the Cao Lanh City Party Committee decided to establish the Cao Lanh City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the basis of merging the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, effective from February 5, 2025. The City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, after its establishment, will have a Head and 2 Deputy Heads. The staffing of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee will be considered and decided by the Standing Committee based on the total staffing assigned annually by the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to appoint comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luan Ly - Member of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commission; appoint comrade Nguyen Huu Hung - Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commission to the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commission.

Standing Committee of Cao Lanh City Party Committee awarded retirement decisions to two comrades Tran Van Don and Nguyen Van Cuong.

Cao Lanh City Party Committee also awarded retirement decisions to enjoy social insurance benefits to comrade Tran Van Don - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Director of the Cao Lanh City Political Center and comrade Nguyen Van Cuong - Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Cao Lanh City Party Committee highly appreciated the timely preparation of the advisory and support agencies of the City Party Committee in advising on the implementation of tasks in the spirit of streamlining the organizational apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently. At the same time, he hoped that the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, after its establishment, would unite, promote its leadership capacity, fighting strength, propagate and mobilize the people for the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws according to the motto "Party's will, people's heart".

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luan Ly - Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, on behalf of the unit, expressed his thanks to the City Party Committee's leaders for their attention. The Department will unite to perform well the assigned tasks, arrange the staff according to their capacity and strengths to be able to best promote the role of each staff in performing the assigned tasks in the coming time.

Accordingly, the Organizing Committee of Cao Lanh City Party Committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee to approve the election results of Comrade Huynh Van Tuan - Member of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Lanh City to hold the position of Member of the Standing Committee of Cao Lanh City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 and to approve the election results of Comrade Nguyen Hieu Nghia - Member of the City Party Committee, Commander of the Cao Lanh City Military Command to hold the position of Member of the Standing Committee of Cao Lanh City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
