According to the decision, the Party Cell of Song Tranh 4 Hydropower Joint Stock Company was established with 4 Party members. Comrade Le Ho Vu - Head of the Operation Team of the Production Engineering Department holds the position of Party Cell Secretary for the 2022-2025 term. The Party Cell of Song Tranh 4 Hydropower Joint Stock Company performs its functions and tasks according to the Party Charter and current regulations and operates from May 17, 2024.

The Party cell of Song Tranh 4 Hydropower Joint Stock Company is the second Party organization established in a non-state enterprise in Hiep Duc district, after the Party cell of Hiep Duc Garment Company Limited.
