According to the decision, the Party Cell of Song Tranh 4 Hydropower Joint Stock Company was established with 4 party members. Comrade Le Ho Vu - Head of the Operation Team of the Production Engineering Department holds the position of Party Cell Secretary for the 2022-2025 term. The Party Cell of Song Tranh 4 Hydropower Joint Stock Company performs its functions and tasks according to the Party Charter and instructions according to current regulations and operates from May 17, 2024.

The Party Cell of Song Tranh 4 Hydropower Joint Stock Company is the second Party organization established in a non-state enterprise in Hiep Duc district, after the Party Cell of Hiep Duc Garment Company Limited.
