Establishment of trade unions at FDI enterprises

On the morning of July 25, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with GV Industrial Company Limited in Yen Binh Industrial Park to announce the decision to establish a grassroots trade union.

GV Industrial Company Limited is a 100% foreign-owned enterprise established in 2024 with the production of electronic security lighting products. The company currently has over 60 employees, mainly local people, with an average income of 8,000,000 - 10,0000 VND/person/month. During its operation, the company always cares about the material and spiritual life of its employees.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the new grassroots union coordinated to organize the 2025 union meal to create an atmosphere of solidarity and cohesion between employees and employers.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions aims to take care of workers' lives and develop trade unions in the foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) sector. This is also a positive activity, contributing to spreading the image of trade unions always accompanying workers in Thai Nguyen province.
