City leaders presented decisions and flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the City People's Committee.

Member of the City Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Nguyen Thanh Binh attended the conference.

At the conference, representatives of Hue City Youth Union announced Decision 368-QD/TĐTN-TCKT dated June 26, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Hue City Youth Union on the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee. At the same time, Decision 369-QD/TĐTN-TCKT was announced appointing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee consisting of 21 members, the Standing Committee consisting of 6 members...

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Huu Trinh, Head of the City Youth Union Movement Committee, was appointed to hold the position of interim Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee.

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee includes the Youth Union organizations of departments, branches, sectors and enterprises under the Hue City People's Committee. At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City received and transferred the Youth Union organizations and members from three units: Hue University, Hue Central Hospital and Hue Academy of Music to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee. After the transfer process, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee currently has a total of 42 affiliated Youth Union organizations.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized: "The establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at the City People's Committee not only creates conditions for union members to have an environment to practice and contribute, but also contributes to strengthening the combined strength in building urban government".

Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh hopes that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the City People's Committee will become a bright spot, a leading flag in the youth movement of the administrative agencies of the Hue City Youth Union, contributing to spreading the image of responsible, brave and creative young cadres in the new era.
