This is an annual award organized by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association in collaboration with VietTimes Electronic Magazine , under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology , to honor organizations and individuals with outstanding contributions to the national digital transformation.

According to the Center's representative, the solution "Digital Identification and Exhibition of Nguyen Dynasty Antiquities" is a new step forward in applying digital technology to heritage conservation. Each antiquity is assigned a unique identification code, combining 3D digitalization technology and storing data on blockchain , helping to ensure authenticity, transparency and high security. Along with that, the online exhibition at museehue.vn applies VR/AR technology, metaverse and physical interaction, giving the public the opportunity to "step into" a vivid heritage space, overcoming the limits of space and time.

From 10 pilot artifacts in 2024, the Center has now expanded the identification of 98 more artifacts in 10 digital exhibition rooms. The Hue City People's Committee has also approved the policy of digitally identifying nearly 1,000 artifacts in the next phase, aiming to build a comprehensive digital heritage ecosystem.

“We hope that each antique will not only be kept in a warehouse or museum, but also come alive in digital space, closer to the public,” the Center representative shared.

Previously, in 2024, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center was awarded the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award for its application of digital technology in preserving and promoting the value of Hue's cultural heritage . Continuing to be honored this year affirms the unit's efforts in the journey to bring Hue's heritage into the digital age.
