Establishment of Bac Ninh Province Cooperative Support Fund

BAC NINH - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan has just signed Decision No. 21/QD-UBND to establish the Bac Ninh Provincial Cooperative Support Fund.

Accordingly, the Bac Ninh Provincial Cooperative Support Fund is a non-budgetary State financial fund, operating under the model of a One-member Limited Liability Company with 100% of charter capital held by the State, operating not for profit, preserving and developing capital, being autonomous and self-responsible; performing the function of lending to cooperatives, Cooperative Unions, members of cooperative groups, and cooperatives according to the provisions of Decree 45/2021/ND-CP and relevant laws.

Bac Ninh Province Cooperative Support Fund has legal status, charter capital, seal, and is allowed to open an account at the State Treasury or commercial banks legally operating in Bac Ninh Province. The Fund's legal representative is the Fund Director. The Fund operates in Bac Ninh Province.

The Fund is responsible for receiving, managing and using domestic and foreign capital sources, funding sources, aid, contributions and trusts from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals. At the same time, mobilizing capital from domestic organizations and individuals according to the provisions of the Fund's Charter and relevant legal provisions; lending to customers according to the provisions of the Fund's Charter and relevant legal provisions. Carrying out financial and investment consulting activities; training for customers borrowing capital from the Fund; entrusting and receiving entrusted loans according to regulations.

Regarding the organizational structure, the Fund includes the Fund Chairman; Controller; Executive Board including Director, Deputy Directors, Chief Accountant and supporting staff. The charter capital allocated at the time of Fund consolidation was 68 billion VND.
