Youth of Coast Guard Region 2 join hands to light up the countryside roads

DNO - On the morning of August 24, the youth union members of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command coordinated with the Nui Thanh Commune Youth Union and units stationed in the area to carry out the project "Lighting up the countryside roads" in My Binh village.

Youth Union members installed 10 solar-powered lampposts along a 1km-long inter-village road, worth 15 million VND. The project creates conditions for people to travel safely at night, contributing to ensuring security and order and building cultural life in residential areas.

The activity aims to strengthen coordination between the Coast Guard Region 2 Command with local Party committees, authorities and armed forces in the area, towards the goal of socio -economic development and new rural construction.
