On the day of the exam registration, invigilators check the exam documents, explain the exam regulations, remind candidates of the items allowed and not allowed in the exam room, as well as some regulations regarding marking answers to multiple-choice questions.
This year's entrance exam for 10th grade in public schools took place over two days, June 1st and 2nd. Candidates took three compulsory exams: Literature (120 minutes), Mathematics (120 minutes), and Foreign Language (90 minutes). Candidates taking specialized/integrated subjects also took an additional exam in their respective subject.
Specifically, tomorrow morning (June 1st), candidates will take the first subject, Literature. In the afternoon of the same day, they will take the Foreign Language exam.
On the morning of June 2nd, candidates took the Mathematics exam, and in the afternoon of the same day, they took the specialized subject/integrated English exam.
The entrance exam for 10th grade in public schools for the 2026-2027 school year will be held at 242 examination centers, including 226 centers for regular 10th grade classes and 16 centers for specialized/integrated 10th grade classes.
To facilitate the exam, Ho Chi Minh City mobilized more than 17,700 teachers and staff to serve as invigilators and supervisors.
