On March 28, 2025, the Politburo and the Secretariat issued Conclusion No. 134-KL/TW on the project to reorganize the inspection agency system to be streamlined, strong, efficient, effective, and efficient, including the termination of the activities of the District Inspectorate and the Department Inspectorate, and reorganization into organizations under the Provincial Inspectorate. Regarding the activities of the Party organization, the Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee is a grassroots Party Committee directly under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

To implement Conclusion No. 134-KL/TW, on June 19, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued a project on the arrangement of the system and organization of the inspection agency in Quang Ninh province and on June 30, 2025 issued a decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Quang Ninh Provincial Inspectorate. According to the project, after the arrangement and consolidation, the Provincial Inspectorate will have 10 departments. In recent days, the Provincial Inspectorate has closely coordinated with localities and departments to receive 60 civil servants to work at the Provincial Inspectorate and carry out procedures to consolidate the organization of 10 professional departments.

The conference announced decisions regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Provincial Inspectorate and decisions on receiving, transferring and appointing leadership and management positions at the department level.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, comrade Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, praised the positive, urgent and serious spirit of the Provincial Inspectorate in the work of reorganizing the apparatus, contributing to the timely implementation of the policies and directions of the Central Government. The unit quickly stabilized the organization; urgently directed the immediate implementation of all aspects of work, revised and supplemented the working regulations of agencies and units to ensure the full implementation of new functions and tasks. He emphasized that inspection is for prevention, deterrence, fair handling before the law, serving the development; taking prevention as the main task.

He believed that, overcoming the initial difficulties when implementing the new organizational model and taking on additional tasks, the collective Inspectorate of Quang Ninh province will always be united, strive, be responsible, coordinate well with units and functional agencies to promptly advise the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on state management in inspection work, receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations and preventing corruption, negativity and waste; overcome difficulties, excellently complete assigned tasks; meet the requirements of serving the political tasks and socio -economic development tasks of the province.
