According to the plan, the Party Congresses of communes, wards, special zones, and Party Committees directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee will focus on discussing the full text of the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; the full text of the draft Report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030, and the directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030. Along with that, the focus will be on discussing the full text of the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementing the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, and the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress.
The 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee will discuss the full text of the draft Political Report, the full text of the draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; discuss the full text of the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio -Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030, and the directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026-2030. At the same time, focus on discussing the Summary Report on Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Congress and the draft Resolution of the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Congress.
The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee noted that the synthesis of comments on the documents of the 14th Party Congress, the documents of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and the draft Political Report submitted to the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee must closely follow the suggested discussion content for each document and the direction and guidance of the Party Committee. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure completeness, honesty, accuracy and clarity of the opinions in favor and different opinions on the contents proposed in the draft documents and political reports; ensure that comments are synthesized from discussions at the Party Cell Congress to the Party Congresses at all levels, conferences at all levels, sectors and contributions of people's opinions.
Comments must be classified, arranged and summarized according to the content groups of the issues that have been guided for discussion and the order of titles in the draft Political Report of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; ensuring the time requirement for reporting to superiors.
According to the plan, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee will preside over collecting opinions from retired senior leaders in the city; Central Party committees, ministries and branches.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee chaired the conference to collect comments and suggestions from the city's artists.
The Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee chaired the meeting to collect comments from experts, scientists and outstanding intellectuals.
The Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City chaired the meeting to collect comments from delegates of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City.
The Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City chaired the meeting to collect opinions from members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the Executive Board of the Bar Association, the Standing Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Lawyers Association, the Standing Board of the city's socio-political organizations and associations assigned by the Party and the State.
The Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee was assigned to preside over collecting opinions from leaders and prominent journalists of the city's press agencies and the Central press representative agency in Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee will take the lead in implementing the collection of public opinions according to the guidance of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; synthesizing public opinions through the press and suggestion letters.
