(BDO) On the morning of May 19, former Politburo member, former President Nguyen Minh Triet; Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, together with members of the Provincial Party Committee; former provincial leaders of all periods came to burn incense to commemorate Vice President Nguyen Sinh Sac and President Ho Chi Minh at the worshiping room inside Hoi Khanh Pagoda (Phu Cuong Ward, Thu Dau Mot City).

Delegates burn incense to commemorate Vice President Nguyen Sinh Sac and President Ho Chi Minh.

Mr. Pho Bang Nguyen Sinh Sac was the father of President Ho Chi Minh. He was the one who spread the patriotic ideology to all classes of people in the country in general and the people of Binh Duong province in particular. From 1923 to 1926, he lived at Hoi Khanh Pagoda and secretly carried out patriotic activities. Here, together with Confucian scholars and patriotic monks, he established the Patriotic Honor Association and through teaching, medicine, and treatment activities for the people, he spread the patriotic ideology.

With deep affection for him, over the years, Hoi Khanh Pagoda has respectfully preserved and maintained the worship of Mr. Pho Bang Nguyen Sinh Sac. Every year, on the 27th day of the 10th lunar month, the Organizing Committee of the province's major holidays coordinates with Hoi Khanh Pagoda to organize the death anniversary of Mr. Pho Bang Nguyen Sinh Sac in a solemn and meaningful manner to express the deep gratitude and respect of Binh Duong people for a patriot who devoted his whole life to the ideal of patriotism and the great cause of the nation.
