On May 29, the leaders of Vinh University ( Nghe An ) said they are verifying and clarifying the incident in which a female student accused a teacher of inappropriate behavior.
Recently, on the Vinh University Students - Nghe An group, an anonymous Facebook account posted information denouncing a teacher named D., who is working at Vinh University.
This account said that she is a student of K64 at Vinh University. At the end of last semester, the female student was disciplined for her studies and had to meet with Mr. D. to resolve the issue. After that, for a month, the female student continuously received calls and messages from Mr. D.
“The teacher asked me to go out for coffee in the evening, to drink wine with him, and to go to the lake. I refused, saying I was going to work or going back to my hometown, but he checked my dorm room to see if I was lying. Teacher D. also sent obscene pictures and 18+ videos ... He threatened that if I didn't go with him, I would be disciplined at the highest level. When my fear reached its peak, I had to ask for help from my faculty. I didn't think that in the pedagogical environment of Vinh University, there would be such shameful people,” the female student shared in the post.

The post of a female student of class 64 Vinh University on social networks caused a stir. |
The female student said she had considered carefully before writing the above article. “I want those who call themselves teachers and commit inappropriate acts and harass students to be punished and other students to not have to face the same situation,” the female student added.
In her post, a female student of K64 Vinh University revealed that teacher D. sent a message with the content: "Can you get 10 points in 30 minutes? Let's go drink coconut water and I'll give you 8 points. If you refuse, I'll go play table tennis with my colleagues, male and female students." Notably, the image of "playing table tennis" that this person sent along was extremely vulgar.
After the post appeared on social media, many people expressed anger, frustration and wanted the authorities to investigate.
Two days ago, a Facebook account also posted on the Vinh University Student Group accusing a school official named Q. of sexually harassing a female student of K65 who came to request notarization of her transcript. Vinh University has temporarily suspended Mr. Q. from work to clarify the matter.
