Adding youthful energy to the Party

The inclusion of student members in the Party plays a core role in revitalizing the Party with youthful energy. It not only contributes to building a high-quality pool of successor cadres and enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, but also helps rejuvenate the ranks, increase continuity, and ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition between generations of Party members.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the Party cell of Viet Tri Technical High School admitted 7 12th-grade students into the Party, of which 5/7 are female members. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Secretary of the Party cell and Principal of the school - informed: This is the year the Party cell admitted the most student members. Besides having a plan to do a good job of educating , creating a pool of potential members, and training students in ideology, ethics, and knowledge from an early age with the coordination of homeroom teachers and youth union officials from all grades, this result also concretizes the requirement of the higher-level Party Committee to strengthen the young successor generation for the Party from among students.

In class 12A5, most students admire Ta Hoang Yen. Throughout her three years of high school, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to her studies, Yen has consistently demonstrated her capabilities. Not only has she shown outstanding effort and a strong work ethic by winning numerous awards, such as the third prize in Literature at the provincial-level excellent student competition in the 2025-2026 school year, and being recognized as an outstanding student in various subjects, but Yen has also actively participated in school clubs with great commitment.

Ms. Do Thi Huong Ly - Homeroom Teacher, commented: "Throughout her years at Viet Tri Technical High School, Yen has always been serious about her studies, proactively improving herself, and actively participating in school activities and movements. Not only diligent in class, Yen is also an enthusiastic member of art clubs and actively participates in volunteer activities. With her responsibility, meticulousness, and dedication, Yen is always a source of positive energy, spreading to her friends and teachers."

Expressing her honor at joining the Party, Ta Hoang Yen stated: "My time studying at Viet Tri Technical High School was not only a learning journey, but also a place where I matured. Here, I learned to live responsibly, to contribute, and to nurture the beautiful dreams of youth. Becoming a Party member will be an important motivation for me to confidently move forward on my path, with the ultimate goal being my upcoming university years."

Not only at Viet Tri Technical High School, but also during the past school year, thanks to the efforts of the students and the attention given to nurturing character, ideals, and academic abilities by the school's Party branches, many high schools in the area have successfully admitted high school students into the Party.

At Doan Hung High School, on the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh 's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), the Party branch organized a ceremony to admit 21 outstanding 12th-grade students into the Party; Vinh Phuc Specialized High School admitted 10 12th-grade students into the Party.

These high school Party branches are truly leading the way in identifying, monitoring, and recommending outstanding individuals to the Party, while also demonstrating the political awareness of the Party branches and school administrations regarding the need to strengthen the Party with knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and youthful members to create an increasingly strong successor generation.

The Standing Committee of the Thanh Ba Commune Party Committee held a meeting with the Party branches and committees of schools in the area regarding the work of Party development in schools.

In order to gradually overcome difficulties and improve the quality of Party development work among students, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association have issued many documents, resolutions, plans, and detailed guidelines to promote the introduction of outstanding Youth Union members for the Party to consider for admission through practical and specific activities. Typical examples include the political campaign "Vietnamese Youth Proudly Marching Under the Party Flag," the movement "Youth Union Members Striving to Become Members of the Communist Party of Vietnam"; forums "The Party with Students - Students with the Party," and movements such as "5 Good Students," "3 Trainings for Students," and "3 Good Students"...

However, to make Party development among students more effective in the future, high schools need to develop specific plans and closely coordinate in identifying and nurturing potential candidates. Homeroom teachers should be guided to monitor and regularly communicate with parents to promptly encourage and support students in developing their abilities in collective activities, creating a favorable environment for students to practice, mature, and assert themselves through practical activities.

The admission of high school students as Party members demonstrates the Party's concern and recognition of young people with progressive ideas, good moral character, and a desire to contribute. This also serves as motivation for young people in schools to continue studying, cultivating themselves, and striving for the ideals of the Party and the goals of national development.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Viet Tri Technical High School - emphasized: The admission of young Party members while still in school is clear evidence of the consistency in political and ideological education, and demonstrates the maturity in thinking and political awareness of a segment of modern Vietnamese youth in general and students of Viet Tri Technical High School in particular. If schools consistently focus on this, it will be an effective way to increase the youthful energy of our Party in the future.
