Race to disburse public investment capital in 3 time frames

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Anh Dung has just signed and issued a Plan to launch a movement to compete in the final disbursement of public investment capital in the remaining months of 2024.

Thereby aiming to enhance the responsibility and promote the creativity of collectives and individuals in proposing solutions to accelerate the progress and disbursement of public investment capital in 2024 to reach over 95% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister , the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Council. Through the movement, it is also timely to commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements and solutions to accelerate the progress and disbursement of public investment capital as well as to serve as a basis for evaluation and classification at the end of 2024 for collectives and individuals of agencies. Specifically, the whole province will compete to successfully implement the target of disbursing public investment capital by January 31, 2025, reaching over 95% of the assigned capital plan according to 3 time points: From now until September 30, 2024, disbursement will reach 60% of the assigned capital plan, by December 31, 2024, disbursement will reach 90% of the capital plan and by January 31, 2025, disbursement will reach over 95% of the assigned capital plan. At the same time, strictly comply with the regulations of the Government, Prime Minister , Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee on promoting disbursement of public investment capital in 2024.

The Provincial People's Committee requires the movement to be widely implemented in agencies, units, localities and the participation of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. It is known that the total public investment capital in 2024 according to the plan assigned by the Prime Minister to Binh Thuan is more than 5,084 billion VND, however, the disbursement progress in the first months of the year is still low (reaching less than 30% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister).
