Sacred national flag in Truong Sa sea and sky

TPO – Every inch of homeland where the waves and winds blow always has the image of the Fatherland, evoking feelings of pride and appreciation for every Vietnamese citizen when having the opportunity to set foot there.

The Central Youth Union delegation and localities, agencies and units across the country have conveyed many special sentiments to express gratitude and accompany those who are day and night guarding the sea and sky of the Fatherland.

Throughout the journey, the image of the national flag has always been a sacred and majestic spiritual symbol at each island point under the country's sovereignty , and also accompanied the activities of the working group.

In the footsteps of every navy soldier on duty to protect the country's sovereignty, there is always the shadow of the Fatherland.

During the Journey “Youth for the sea and islands of the homeland”, the delegation held a flag-raising ceremony “I love my Fatherland” right on the ship taking the delegation to Truong Sa – Fisheries Surveillance ship KN390.

Also during the cruise, delegates held a memorial service to commemorate the officers and soldiers who heroically sacrificed their lives on the Truong Sa archipelago and continental shelf.
