Representatives of officers and soldiers of agencies and units expressed their opinions to the head of the Military Region Command at the dialogue session.

Reporting at the dialogue, Colonel Truong Van Tham, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, said: In recent times, the Provincial Military Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have thoroughly implemented the principle of democratic centralism; developed and implemented working regulations and leadership regulations on personnel work, mass mobilization work, security protection, financial management and use, basic construction, etc. Agencies and units have promoted democracy in managing and operating the implementation of local military and defense tasks and in building strong and comprehensive units.

Officers and soldiers are regularly informed and thoroughly informed about the unit's tasks, Party activities, political work, and logistics and technical support.

Colonel Truong Thanh Phong, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, answered some opinions of the officers at the dialogue.

Since the beginning of the year, agencies and units under the Military Command of Tra Vinh province have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the grassroots democracy regulations in 07 meetings with over 245 comrades in the Party Committees at all levels participating. The Head of the Military Command of the province attended dialogue activities with 04 units, answered 28 opinions on training and combat readiness; ensured policies, logistics standards and other regimes...

In the spirit of openness and frankness, at the democratic dialogue, there were 05 opinions expressed related to policies for relatives of cadres when they are sick; about the organization and staffing of the Commune Military Command; work to ensure combat readiness at grassroots units... The opinions were answered specifically and satisfactorily by the heads of specialized agencies of the Provincial Military Command and related Military Region agencies, creating high consensus among the cadres participating in the dialogue.

Concluding the dialogue, Major General Huynh Van Ngon, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 9, praised the sense of responsibility in contributing ideas to build the unit of officers and soldiers of the Military Command of Tra Vinh province. At the same time, he noted that in the coming time, Party committees and commanders of agencies and units need to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the grassroots democracy regulations, promoting democracy in all aspects of work.
