At the Conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat for Major General Le Ngoc Chau, member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Commander of the Mobile Police Command to cease holding the position of member of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee; to transfer and appoint him to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Major General Le Ngoc Chau, born in 1972, from Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city; professional qualifications: Doctor of Law; high level of political theory. Major General Le Ngoc Chau has worked for many years at the Ministry of Public Security , holding the positions of Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command; Director of Hai Phong City Police; Director of Hai Duong Province Police; Member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Commander of the Mobile Police Command.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong and Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang congratulated Major General Le Ngoc Chau on being assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee. The comrades hoped that Major General Le Ngoc Chau in his new position would continue to demonstrate the mettle, capacity, intelligence, pioneering spirit, and exemplary character of a Party member; inherit the traditions of previous generations of leaders to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee to successfully complete the tasks and goals set out by the Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong expressed his belief that Hai Duong will promote the tradition of the land of culture, spirituality and talented people, continue to overcome all difficulties and challenges to have rapid and sustainable development. Comrades in the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and Provincial Party Executive Committee will continue to care, unite, share and help comrade Le Ngoc Chau to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party and State.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Ngoc Chau expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Party and State; the Party Committee, the government and the people of Hai Duong province; and thanked the attention, support and facilitation of the Ministry of Public Security, units and localities throughout his work. At the same time, he affirmed that when taking on the new responsibility, he would always be humble, learn, be dedicated to his work, promote his efforts, intelligence and determination together with the comrades in the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to continue to complete the targets and objectives set out in the resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; actively and proactively prepare well for all aspects of work, organize well the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.

To successfully complete the assigned tasks, Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau hopes to receive the attention, leadership, direction, and support of the leaders of the Party, State, ministries, departments, and central branches; the solidarity, unified leadership, sharing, and support of comrades in the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and Provincial Party Executive Committee; and the joint efforts and unanimity of Party committees at all levels, authorities, and people in the province.
