The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said today, October 10, the weather in the North and North Central regions will be sunny.

From Quang Tri to Hue City, the South Central Coast and the South will have moderate to scattered rain with thunderstorms, heavy to very heavy rain in some places (rain in the South will be concentrated in the afternoon and at night).

Central Highlands: Afternoon and night showers and scattered thunderstorms, heavy rain in some places. Thunderstorms may have tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

At sea, the central and southern East Sea (including Truong Sa special zone), the sea area from southern Quang Tri to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand has showers and thunderstorms.

During thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind level 6-7, and waves over 2m high.

All vessels operating in the above areas are at risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
