Notice of land acquisition for Tam Phuoc Ward Resettlement Area Project

According to information from the Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center Mai Phong Phu, the Tam Phuoc Ward Resettlement Area Project with an area of 31.5 hectares and a scale of nearly 1,300 land lots has been announced by the Bien Hoa City People's Committee to reclaim land belonging to the project. The Center is coordinating with the Tam Phuoc Ward People's Committee to send land reclamation notices to each household and individual whose land and assets are reclaimed; and conduct an inventory of land and assets attached to the land.

The land for the project has completed the work of clearing mines and explosives; completed the survey and completed the design documents. It is expected that in the second quarter of this year, the construction of the resettlement area infrastructure will begin; by the fourth quarter of 2025, the construction will be basically completed and the resettlement land will be handed over to the people.

Tam Phuoc Ward Resettlement Area is a project to arrange accommodation for people whose land is recovered for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project and some other infrastructure projects that are about to be implemented.
