Buon Ma Thuot University of Medicine and Pharmacy plans to increase from 60 million VND/year to 65 million VND/year for the Medical major with Vietnamese training program.
For the English training program in Medicine, the school plans to charge a tuition fee of 5,000 USD/year (about more than 129 million VND).
Tuition for Traditional Medicine is 50 million VND/year, Preventive Medicine is 40 million VND/year. The lowest is Public Health, expected to collect 20 million VND/year.
Hong Bang International University announced the provisional tuition fee for the first semester of the 2025-2026 school year at 72 million VND for the Dentistry and Medicine majors. With 15 semesters, the total tuition fee for these two majors is over 1 billion VND (excluding physical education and national defense and security education tuition fees).
Accordingly, Traditional Medicine temporarily collects 32 million VND/semester, Pharmacy 23 million VND/semester, other health bachelor majors 22 million VND/semester (10 semesters/course).
The Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy has just approved the 2025 regular enrollment plan and tuition fees.
Accordingly, the highest tuition fee for Dentistry is 84.7 million VND. Next is Medicine at 82.2 million VND/year; Pharmacy is 60.5 million VND/year. Traditional Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry are 50 million VND/year.
The newly opened Social Work major this year has the lowest tuition fee at 30 million VND/year.

In 2025, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine plans to collect two tuition fees of 41.8 and 55.2 million VND/year, equivalent to last year.
Specifically, the highest tuition fee is 55.2 million VND in the fields of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, and Traditional Medicine. The remaining fields have tuition fees of 41.8 million VND. The school commits that tuition fees will not increase more than 10% each year.
Medical and Pharmaceutical schools in the Northern region have not yet announced their expected tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year.
Currently, Hanoi Medical University applies tuition fees ranging from 15 to 55.2 million VND/academic year. The highest tuition fees are for Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Dentistry, and Medicine (Thanh Hoa branch). Psychology is a new major that will open in 2024 and has the lowest tuition fee of 15 million VND/academic year.
In the 2024-2025 school year, Hanoi University of Pharmacy has tuition fees ranging from 15.2 - 150 million VND/school year. Specifically, Pharmacy is 24.5 million; Pharmaceutical Chemistry is 21.2 million; Biotechnology is 15.2 million/school year.
For the Pharmacy training joint program, the expected tuition fee for 3 years of study at Hanoi University of Pharmacy is 15 million VND/month (equivalent to 150 million VND/school year).
The tuition fee for the academic year may be adjusted annually to match the actual training costs, but the increase each year must not exceed 10% compared to the tuition fee of the previous year. The tuition fee for 3.5 years of study at the University of Sydney, Australia will be collected according to the partner school's regulations for international students.
The University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi currently has tuition fees ranging from 27.6 million VND/year to 55 million VND/year in the 2024-2025 school year depending on the major.
Specifically, the tuition fee for Medicine is 55 million VND; Pharmacy is 51 million VND/academic year. The tuition fee for the remaining majors is 27.6 million VND/academic year. Schools such as Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy often have lower tuition fees, ranging from 15 to 45 million VND/academic year in the previous school year.
