(Chinhphu.vn) - Regarding the news that the Thuong River dike in Yen The (Bac Ninh) section was broken, speaking with the Government Electronic Newspaper early this morning, August 10, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Hoang Hiep said that this was just a bank overflow incident, and that the dike is still under control.
