The Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, term XVIII, is expected to have 75 comrades.

On the morning of October 8, at a press conference to inform about the personnel plan for the 18th City Party Congress, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee Ha Minh Hai said that, closely following Directive No. 45-CT/TU of the Politburo and regulations and instructions of the Central Committee, the Hanoi Party Committee has developed a personnel plan for the City Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, clearly defining the number, structure, conditions, and standards for the positions according to regulations.

The number of members of the 18th City Party Executive Committee is expected to be 75 comrades; the number of members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee is 17 comrades; the number of Standing Committee members of the City Party Committee is 5 comrades. The personnel of the City Party Executive Committee is introduced with a reasonable structure between departments, branches, and localities, ensuring the rate of innovation of Party committees, paying attention to the structure of science and technology staff and female staff.

The Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee also affirmed that the qualifications of the team of cadres participating in the Party Committee are guaranteed in terms of expertise and political theory.
