The 3rd (expanded) meeting of the Chau Phu Commune Party Committee approved the following contents: Report on the results of Party building and mass mobilization work for the first nine months, and the direction for the last three months of 2025; report on the results of implementing socio-economic development tasks for the first nine months, and the direction for the last three months of 2025; and a summary report on Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on "Some issues concerning the continued reform and restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus to be streamlined, effective, and efficient."

Approving the resolution on developing high-tech aquaculture areas and implementation plans in Chau Phu commune, period 2025 - 2030; plan to organize closed agricultural production sub-regions in period 2026 - 2030; plan to develop synchronous traffic infrastructure in the commune; plan to build Chau Phu commune to meet the criteria of a type IV urban area by 2030 and many other important contents...

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of Chau Phu Commune People's Council Thi Hong Thuy requested that branches and Party committees promote the work of Party building and rectification, improve the fighting capacity of Party organizations and Party members; urgently develop a 5-year program and plan to implement the resolution of the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of the Commune, term 2025 - 2030, specifically identify the content, roadmap, and implementation targets for each year, ensuring the achievement of the targets set out in the term.

The Executive Committee of the Vinh Trach Commune Party Committee reviewed the implementation of tasks during the first nine months of the year and discussed directions for the last three months of 2025.

On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Vinh Trach Commune Party Committee launched a fundraising campaign to support people affected by the recent natural disasters, storms, and floods, raising over 8 million VND.

In the first nine months of 2025, Vinh Trach commune successfully implemented the restructuring of its administrative apparatus, merged commune-level administrative units, and operated a two-tiered local government system in accordance with the directives of the Politburo and the Secretariat; and successfully organized the first Vinh Trach Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. In her remarks at the conference, the Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Thoai Son commune, Le Bich Phuong, emphasized that the commune should continue to review and refine the targets in the new rural development program, and proactively implement key tasks in the last three months of the year. At the same time, she stressed the need to focus on resolving difficulties following the administrative unit merger, striving to complete and surpass the targets set in the resolution, contributing to the further development of Thoai Son commune.
