Accordingly, the Department of Health requests that cosmetic businesses and users in the province immediately stop trading, using and recalling 5 products of BSSC Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Group Company Limited - the organization responsible for bringing the products to the market (business address declared in the declaration file: No. 144 Quynh Alley, Thanh Nhan Street, Thanh Nhan Ward, Hanoi City, current business address: 1st Floor, No. 8, Alley 89 Dam Quang Trung Street, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi City, specifically as follows:
Slightly Dark Beauty Essence product (Receipt of Declaration: 118458/20/CBMP-QLD issued on February 11, 2020); Eijun Beauty Essence product (Receipt of Declaration: 118461/20/CBMP-QLD issued on February 11, 2020); Element Repair Essence product (Receipt of Declaration: 118463/20/CBMP-QLD issued on February 11, 2020); Licorice Extract Solution product (Receipt of Declaration: 118469/20/CBMP-QLD issued on February 11, 2020); Beauty Skin Repair Mask product (Receipt of Declaration: 118470/20/CBMP-QLD issued on February 11, 2020).
The Department of Health requests the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province to notify businesses and users of cosmetic products in the area under their management. Request businesses to immediately inspect the sale of cosmetic products at their establishments and return them to the product suppliers; recall and destroy the above-mentioned batch of violating products (if any). Inspect and supervise units implementing this notice and report to the Department of Health according to regulations.
