Mr. Bang asked, in which document is the title of the head of the agency specified and at that time, which seal will this agency use (the seal of the District People's Committee or a new seal with the name of the agency being the District People's Council and People's Committee)?

Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Home Affairs responded as follows:

Head (head) of an agency, organization, or unit is a phrase used in legal documents. Depending on the type of agency, organization, or unit, specialized laws prescribe the name of the head of that agency, organization, or unit. The use of seals is carried out in accordance with the provisions of law.
