Lisa's photos have drawn attention to her large fan base for her traditional Thai attire and the places she visits. "Lisa is serving as a role model for the younger generation and helping to share Thai culture by wearing traditional clothing," said Anucha.
According to a Thai government spokesman, in addition to promoting traditional culture, Lisa's activities also act as a form of soft power to help boost the economies of the localities she visits.
"The sarong Lisa is wearing has a typical northeastern pattern and is a famous handicraft product of Udon Thani," he said.
