Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 64 assigning four deputy prime ministers, ministers, and heads of ministerial-level agencies to handle a number of urgent and key tasks.
Accordingly, the Prime Minister assigned Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai to direct the Ministry of Home Affairs to urgently develop a draft decree regulating basic salary levels and bonus regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces.

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs urgently drafts a decree on adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances; a draft decree on the levels of benefits and preferential allowances for people with revolutionary contributions; a draft decree on social assistance standards, to be submitted to the Government for promulgation on June 30 for implementation from July 1.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment urgently coordinates with relevant ministries and agencies to complete the draft decree on the establishment, management and use of the Investment Support Fund; the State Bank and the Ministry of Finance complete the decrees guiding the Law on Credit Institutions and the Law on Prices, ensuring that they take effect simultaneously with the law, leaving no legal gaps.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha was assigned to direct the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant ministries and branches to promptly complete documents guiding the implementation of the Land Law, ensuring that they take effect simultaneously with the Land Law, leaving no legal gaps.
