Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 64 assigning four deputy prime ministers, ministers, and heads of ministerial-level agencies to handle a number of urgent and key tasks.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister assigned Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai to direct the Ministry of Home Affairs to urgently develop a draft decree regulating basic salary levels and bonus regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces.

Quickly complete guiding decrees to synchronize with the law.

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs urgently drafts a decree on adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances; a draft decree on the levels of benefits and preferential allowances for people with revolutionary contributions; a draft decree on social assistance standards, to be submitted to the Government for promulgation on June 30 for implementation from July 1.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment urgently coordinates with relevant ministries and agencies to complete the draft decree on the establishment, management and use of the Investment Support Fund; the State Bank and the Ministry of Finance complete the decrees guiding the Law on Credit Institutions and the Law on Prices, ensuring that they take effect simultaneously with the law, leaving no legal gaps.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha was assigned to direct the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant ministries and branches to promptly complete documents guiding the implementation of the Land Law, ensuring that they take effect simultaneously with the Land Law, leaving no legal gaps.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinates with the Government Office to urgently complete the draft decree regulating the mechanism for direct electricity purchase and sale between renewable energy generators and large electricity users, and submit it to the Government for signing and promulgation on June 30.

At the same time, complete the draft decree regulating the mechanism and policies to encourage the development of self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power, the draft decree regulating the mechanism for developing gas plant projects using natural gas, and submit it to the Government for promulgation before July 15.

Complete guidance documents related to Land Law

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang was assigned to direct relevant ministries and branches to review the progress and results of the implementation of key projects and cooperation contents in the Vietnam-Laos cooperation relationship, identify existing problems and difficulties, and direct timely and effective handling before July 3.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long was assigned to direct the Ministry of Justice to soon submit to the Prime Minister the establishment of a Steering Committee headed by the Government leader and with ministers as members, to review problems in legal regulations, especially in the fields of investment, land, construction, housing, public investment, state-owned enterprises, etc.

The Prime Minister assigned members of the Government to pay attention to and spend time working directly with localities to promote production and business, public investment, infrastructure construction, import and export, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in social housing, real estate market, administrative discipline, etc.
