Prime Minister requests urgent plan to effectively exploit My Dinh Stadium

The Government Office has just issued Document No. 2790/VPCP-KGVX dated April 3, 2025 conveying the direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the plan to effectively exploit My Dinh National Stadium.

Recently, My Dinh Stadium has been seriously degraded, especially the grass surface and infrastructure.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has directed the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism to urgently direct research and develop a plan to exploit My Dinh National Stadium, ensuring effective exploitation, avoiding waste and degradation; and report to the Prime Minister before April 15, 2025.

* My Dinh National Stadium is located in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi . This is one of the most modern sports facilities in Vietnam. Inaugurated in 2003, My Dinh Stadium has a capacity of about 40,000 spectators and is the venue for many major events such as the SEA Games, AFF Cup and international matches of the Vietnam football team.

This stadium is not only a sports venue, but also hosts concerts and cultural events. However, recently, My Dinh Stadium has been seriously degraded, especially the grass surface and infrastructure.
