On the afternoon of October 13, Vinh Thuan Commune People's Committee organized a conference to meet with typical businesses in 2025 to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day (October 13, 1945 - October 13, 2025).
Vinh Thuan commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes Vinh An, Dung Tien, Giang Bien; located on the connecting axis of National Highway 5 - National Highway 10, towards the industrial parks in the south of Hai Phong .
The commune has nearly 40 typical enterprises, cooperatives, and business households, creating jobs for nearly 1,000 local workers. Currently, there are two industrial clusters of Giang Bien and Dung Tien - Giang Bien, covering nearly 100 hectares, under construction. The commune is also planned for a 195-hectare industrial park and a 120-hectare logistics area, opening up great opportunities to attract investment, develop production, trade, services, logistics, and supporting industries. This is a favorable condition for the locality to attract investment, strongly develop the fields of industry, services, logistics, high-tech agriculture, and green economy .
In the coming time, the commune will focus on developing the private economy in association with sustainable development and ensuring social security; at the same time, focus on building a logistics center and seaport logistics services to serve industrial clusters in the southern part of the city. Promote investment and develop the two industrial clusters Giang Bien and Dung Tien - Giang Bien in a synchronous and environmentally friendly direction; form a commercial - logistics service area associated with the national highway connection route.
