In 2025, Quang Ninh aims for a growth rate of 14%, the highest ever and higher than the target assigned by the Prime Minister. In the process of achieving this goal, the province will continue to implement many solutions to promote digital economy , green economy, and circular economy to create sustainable development as well as an economy that brings happiness to people and social justice, while significantly reducing environmental risks and ecological degradation.
