Unlike dining at fancy restaurants or modern eateries, cooking and enjoying food in nature during camping trips offers a completely different experience, stimulating the taste buds and leaving unforgettable impressions.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, an office worker in Ward 5, Ca Mau City, had a memorable camping night in the majestic Central Highlands of Dak Lak province. What she will always remember is enjoying a barbecue under the sparkling night sky.

“Camping cuisine attracts me with its simplicity and rustic charm, yet it's nonetheless sophisticated. Instead of expensive, elaborate ingredients, food for the trip is usually chosen based on its freshness, ease of preservation, and preparation. This simplicity is what creates its unique appeal, allowing me to fully appreciate the original flavors of each ingredient,” Thuy shared.

By the crackling fire, skewers of grilled meat emitted an irresistible aroma, carried on the cool mountain breeze. Surrounding the fire were companions, chatting and laughing together, their joyful laughter blending with the chirping of insects, creating a wonderful symphony of nature.
