On the afternoon of July 15th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting with the Fatherland Front and other provincial-level political and social organizations to hear the results of tasks performed in the second quarter and to outline key tasks for the third quarter of 2024. Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the meeting.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations at all levels in implementing the tasks and plans for the second quarter.

Regarding the operational orientation for the third quarter, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu noted: The Fatherland Front at all levels should continue to coordinate the dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations; mobilize the people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, promote the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement associated with building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and implementing local political tasks, production and business, disease prevention and control, and disaster relief; focus on some major activities such as commemorating the 77th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024); the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024); National Day on September 2nd and the 94th anniversary of the Nghe Tinh Soviet (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2024). Leaders directed the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province, term 2024-2029, and the Congress of the Provincial Youth Union, term 2024-2029;

Disseminate the Politburo 's Directive No. 35 on Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Directive No. 29 dated June 6, 2024, on strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and the political system in Nghe An province to be clean and strong; continue to advise on the development of regulations on the responsibilities of Party committees, Party organizations, and the government in implementing regulations on social supervision and criticism, and participating in contributing opinions to Party building and government building by the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations in the province; and organize a high-quality journalism competition on exemplary "Effective Mass Mobilization" models and examples in Nghe An province in 2024.
