The 27-7 National Historical Site in Ban Co residential group, Dai Phuc commune, Thai Nguyen province. Here, on the afternoon of July 27, 1947, a rally took place with the participation of 300 delegates to listen to the announcement of President Ho Chi Minh 's letter, which included the decision to take July 27 every year as War Invalids Day (from July 1955, it was changed to War Invalids and Martyrs Day).

The working delegation led by the Army Youth Union and the Political Department of Military Region 1 visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa, residing in Dinh residential group, Dai Phuc commune, Thai Nguyen province, a 61% disabled veteran currently suffering from a serious illness.

Colonel Tran Huu Dung, Deputy Head of the Army Youth Department and officers of the Political Department of Military Region 1 presented gifts to the family of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa, a 61% disabled soldier with a serious illness.
