On behalf of the Military Radio and Television Center, Colonel Pham Van Tu, Director of the Center, reported outstanding results in the first 6 months of 2025, and proposed major contents to comprehensively innovate the organization and operation of the Center in the coming period.

According to the report, the Center successfully organized the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term with a spirit of breakthrough, determination and efficiency. Ideological work, building order and discipline were carried out seriously; grassroots democracy was strongly promoted, contributing to strengthening the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and dedication of the staff.

Regarding the implementation of political tasks, the Center has maintained and improved the quality of military radio and television programs, closely following the direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the General Department of Politics.

Many large-scale live television programs have made a strong impression, typically the live television program of the military parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War in Red Square (Russian Federation), attracting nearly 15 million views.

In particular, the Center is actively implementing a plan to adjust the organization and staffing, reducing the number of focal points from 25 to 17 departments and offices, adding resident reporters in strategic areas; establishing a specialized Military Information Office; and merging representative offices to improve operational efficiency.

In addition, the Center identifies the motto of strongly innovating broadcasting content in the direction of streamlining, quality, creating a strong impression on the public; building a comprehensive set of criteria for evaluating works based on topics, product quality and public feedback.

After listening to the Center's report and the opinions of the relevant agencies, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet acknowledged and commended the efforts and positive contributions of the Military Radio and Television Center in recent times. He affirmed that although it has only been established and developed for 14 years, the Center has produced many quality products, creating an impression on the public and making a profound contribution to the work of propaganda, political and ideological education, and spreading the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers domestically and internationally.

He requested the Center to continue to improve the quality of content, invest in depth in each program and reportage, closely follow current events and put the public at the center.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet noted that in order to build a modern press team, the Center must promote training and fostering of cadres in a multi-talented and specialized direction, with both political mettle and professional capacity, and good at both content production and directing and editing.

Focus on propaganda programs towards Party Congresses at all levels, especially the 12th Military Party Congress and the 14th Party Congress. At the same time, promote the role of a pioneering force in propagating the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus, associated with building a national defense and a solid people's position.
