Trung Son Hydropower Plant is ready to apply digital transformation to construction investment projects.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - At Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited, some Modules of the construction investment management software (IMIS 2.0) are being effectively applied in the production and business stages, including: Bidding management module, Contract management module, Contractor data warehouse module, Contractor quality assessment module. In the coming time, some Modules of IMIS 2.0 will continue to be applied by the company in construction investment work.

With 20 modules closely linked together, IMIS 2.0 provides functions, management tools, monitoring and processing of project tasks comprehensively, throughout the entire project life cycle from preparation, implementation to the end of investment.

In particular, during the construction phase, the software will provide breakthrough solutions such as construction supervision for each type of project, centralized contractor data warehouse, or design document approval to improve construction quality as well as minimize costs and risks of construction projects.

IMIS 2.0 software is being applied in the production and business stages.

The application of IMIS 2.0 will help to reduce most of the previous administrative processes and procedures that caused a lot of difficulties and took a lot of time to implement. Accordingly, the functions of managing investment procedures, bidding management, contracts, cost management, project progress... will replace the method of storing and managing by documents and excel files.

With the advent of IMIS 2.0 and the addition of monitoring modules related to the investment preparation phase, project construction phase... a number of functions will be expanded for external partners to participate in the system, to make the process transparent such as contractor selection, contractor evaluation, and integration of outstanding technologies for data analysis.

In the coming time, when the Trung Son Hydropower Plant Expansion Project is included in the Power Plan VIII (adjusted) and the plan implementation plan, some modules of IMIS 2.0 will be applied by the company, including: Electronic verification/appraisal module; Survey phase monitoring module; Construction phase monitoring module; Progress management module.

Currently, the company has assigned responsibility for performing software work to the working group preparing for investment in the Trung Son Hydropower Plant expansion project.
