Progress of rural bridge construction project is slow - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- According to the report of the Department of Construction, the progress of the project to build rural traffic bridges in the 2024-2030 period (in which the 2024-2025 period will pilot 20 rural traffic bridges) is currently very slow.

Ta Phang bridge project, Thanh Hoa commune, Van Lang district, the project is part of the construction plan to be completed and put into operation in 2024.

Specifically, as of May 20, 2025, of the 10 bridges to be implemented in 2024 and transferred to 2025, 2/10 bridges have been completed (in Van Lang and Binh Gia districts). The remaining districts are currently carrying out construction but the volume of implementation is very low. Notably, 3 districts have not yet allocated capital to construct projects under the 2024 plan.

Regarding the implementation of 10 bridges in 2025, the districts are currently only determining the construction locations and preparing the procedural documents. Regarding the capital allocation, there are 5 districts that have not yet allocated capital to implement rural traffic bridge projects under the 2025 plan, including the districts of Bac Son, Van Lang, Loc Binh, Cao Loc and Van Quan.
